One of the biggest setbacks when it comes to people following their goals is staying on a healthy eating plan. - Satisfies the sweet tooth
- easy to carry around
- Pair it with your favorite protein powder or eat alone
Nuts
- Buy at Trader Joe's, whole foods, or any supermarket individually wrapped
- Great source of fat, but do not consider these your sole form of protein
- Enjoy with protein shakes or on a salad if you have time

- Great breakfast alternative

- Pair with some nuts and fruit for complete meal

- Carry one in your office, gym bag, and at home
I think its interesting how a lot of people reading this, people who are trying to gain a better perspective into what healthy is, think us fitness nuts do not encounter many of the same roadblocks as you do.
