Workout 101: "Just starting Out" Routine



 

For all of you who are scared to join the gym or feel as if you are not even strong enough to lift a weight, I hope this helps!



Remember we all must start somewhere and everyone has there own starting point. For some its hard to stand up and walk through a grocery store and for others they can run 10 miles without breaking a sweat!



This video is a great way to encourage yourself to do something, anything! The only person who has control over what happens to your body is you, SO GET MOVING!
