Day 1

So yesterday I decided to envelop myself in red wine and figured today would not be so bad. Mental note.........withdrawing from any such alcohol makes you crave every food I am not supposed to eat during my transformation. For those of you who do not know, I am planning to transform my body into a level of fitness I have never reached. I am choosing to write daily updates of my journey. I think it helps to know that other people have a lot of the same struggles when choosing to follow any fitness program.

Anyway, I have some brownies above my microwave I cant seem to get out of my mind. I have asked my boyfriend to eat them all or I swear I am going to spray bleach on them and throw them away. It should only take approximately 3 days for cravings to subside, but I am guessing more like a week. I am slightly tired, and the thought of no flavored creamer in my coffee makes me cringe. Have to keep my eye on the prize and not let my random need for sweets blind side me.

Tip: When starting any goal be sure to have all sweets out of the house before you start!
