DAY 9: Mistakes Happen, Let it Go

Yes, a fatal flaw in my design happened to seemingly seep through the damn cracks. My client decided to bring me two chocolate, caramel, and macadamia nut clusters the size of a cookie. There it was in front of me and she was so kind to bring it from Oregon, that I had to have a couple bites.........or eat the whole thing! After I ate it I did not feel as great as I thought I would. I immediately got a sugar high and crashed down ten minutes later. The moral of this story is despite the physiological aspect, mentally I am still on track. 

Whenever you are on any healthy routine or just starting out your new diet or cleanse, do not put yourself down for making a mistake. Things happen and well we cant ignore the fact certain foods taste good!

SO HOW DO I FIX THIS? IS MY DAY RUINED? DO I SAY SCREW IT AND GO BUY A GALLON OF ICE CREAM?


Well for dinner I will be having grilled pork chops and steamed broccoli. Seeing that I consumed all of my daily carbs in one sitting I no longer get to indulge in my usual rice or yummy potatoes. Moral of the story is, if you mess up then recalculate your macros to adjust to your mistake. POOF, all good!
