Stability Ball Ab Workout: Flat Stomach





This a great workout especially if you are looking to get flat results right away! I love being able to feel how tight my waist is once I'm done with 3 rounds!! If you have any lower back pain when doing this routine stop immediately or limit your range of motion.

THE FUN PART?

You can do this routine anywhere: a hotel, living room, gym, park, and even a rooftop if you got it like that hehe!

ROUTINE BREAKDOWN:

Exercise 1 - 20 Reps

Exercise 2 - 20 Reps

Exercise 3 - 20 Reps

20 Jumping Jacks in between each round

Rest: 30 seconds after each set of jumping jacks

Total number of rounds:  3
