The one thing people still eat and shouldnt!

FAST FOOD -BECAUSE ITS GOOD FOR YOU RIGHT?!?!

 I find it interesting how despite the plethora of knowledge on the nasty and grotesque ingredients of fast food we still continue to consume it on a daily basis. WHY? Probably because propaganda and sales tactics keep us believing that these places are working towards more “natural “processes and truly care about the human consuming their product. Well let me tell you, if you believe this you are not a smart human being. Do I mean to attack your intellect? Well no, but I do mean to cause you to think about what your putting your mouth and question how the hell you could buy 10 chicken nuggets for only one dollar? So instead of getting angry at the people for their ignorant choices I am going to slam you with
statistics…………………..READY…….SET………………EWWWWWW………………………

    1.      “Frequent eating at a fast food or quick service restaurant was associated with perceived poor health status and higher body mass index, but living close to such facilities was not (Nutrition & Diabetes (2015) 5, e171; doi:10.1038/nutd.2015.18)
    
    2.  In a 2012 study, 52% of Americans (that were polled) believed doing their taxes was easier than figuring out how to eat healthy (dosomething.org) 

    3. The 2004 study noted that regularly eating fast food doubles your chance of developing insulin resistance, which heightens risk of developing type 2 diabetes. The number of people worldwide living with diabetes has more than doubled since 1980, from 153 million then to nearly 350 million in 2011, according to a report in "The Guardian." 
   
4. 62% of Americans may end up obese by 2030 (up from 36% in 2010), and 11% could be severely obese, roughly 100 or more pounds over a healthy weight (vs. 6% in 2010) –USA Today

    5. David DiSalvo, a writer at Forbes, decided to really look into the eggs in popular fast food breakfast sandwiches. What he discovered was that their "eggs" are really a strange concoction that includes eggs and "premium egg blend." Some things that are in this special blend include glycerin, a solvent found in soap and shaving cream, dimethylpolysiloxane, a silicone that can also be found in Silly Putty, and calcium silicate, a sealant used on roofs and concrete” (Huffington Post, 2013)

WHOA….this is enough to gross anyone outs o why do we still do it? My main guess is because it is convenient and we turn a blind eye to the decrepit tumor infested crap we put into our bodies. Probably because it doesn’t kill us right away we continue to consume low grade and go about our days. So if you could see a tumor on your chicken nugget would you eat it? If someone gave you a fry and said the chemicals in it could shut down your liver would you eat it? If you knew plastics, formaldehyde, and shoe rubber was put in your bread would you eat it? What I am saying is just because they cover it with a shit ton of salt and sugar doesn’t mean we should eat it.

WAKE UP PEOPLE! THEY ARE OUT FOR PROFIT NOT THE HEALTH OF HUMANITY!

Are you overweight? Obese? Feel like crap? Lethargic? My advice to you………………………………… 
STOP eating fast food 
 Lower consumption of sugar 
Limit eating out to once or twice every two weeks 
Only drink water 
  Eat organic meat (it’s more expensive, but REALLY you spend 5$ on a latte?)
 Care about what you’re putting into your body!

You see I am not here to ram knowledge up your arse or force you to follow my years of knowledge. But what I do want is for you to realize you have more power over your body than you think. You don’t have to succumb to high calorie low grade food and the need to pass the habit onto your children. For the record I love cheeseburgers! Not from McDonalds, Burger King, or Jack in the Box, but from the Fitnez Amazon’s kitchen. A lot of the foods you enjoy you can still have, just change the ingredients. You have the POWER to CHOOSE!

Last but not least…………..THE HOLIDAY CHALLENGE!!!!!!

Starting December 1st, 2015 I will have a routine on YouTube for you to do 4-5 times per week and a specified eating plan. This will last for 23 days and aims for 10-15lbs of weight loss.
