GOING SOFT ON YOU AGAIN!
This is going to be a short post, but as you read all of my blogs in some way or another they encourage you to implement change. As you do this remember to never lose that special part of who you are. If you have things about you which may not fit into a healthy lifestyle either change them or reevaluate their importance.
EXAMPLE: Do I like to take shots? You darn right I do. Do I need 10 every time I party? Nope. So I choose to drink red wine, because I drink less and I find it more classy!
Remember we are taking steps towards building a healthy life. Not a healthy 6 months or 2 weeks, but a foundation you can build off of. Don't worry I will teach you quick and easy fixes to almost all of your problems, but I also want to help you become more educated about you!
